"Pine View Terrace was just what we were looking for when we needed it. My husband and I had originally made travel plans to view 55+ communities in Florida, but when hurricane Ian hit, we had to change our plans entirely.
When I looked for 55+ communities online in New Jersey and Pine View Terrace popped up, I thought, 'This is it'!!! We made an appointment to look at a few homes in the community, and we made our decision basically then and there. There were no high pressure sales, and all of our questions were answered honestly. It made buying our new home a very stress-free process! Easier than buying a car! We were also very impressed with the quality of the home--My child still comments on how much she envies my new kitchen.

"When we decided to look for a place, we stopped by Pine View about 2 years ago at a open house. When we met Debbie and Jill, we felt we had known them both for a very long time.
We were treated like a family member rather then a possible customer. We found what Pine View offered set the bench mark. Over the next year we looked at other places, they could not compare with Pine View. We then returned in April of last year and found a place here at Pine View. Debbie made the process the best we have ever experienced, we closed the end of the month and slowly moved in.

"It's a great neighborhood, you really get a sense of community here. We have met a few neighbors and they all are very nice. I like taking walks around the neighborhood and whether you are walking, biking or even driving everyone waves or says hello. It makes it feel like you have a second family. The staff is awesome, Debbie and Jill were so accommodating while I was purchasing my new home and selling my old home. The maintenance staff is also very helpful and it’s nice to know they are around during the day just in case you need them. The neighborhood is very well taken care of, we felt a feeling of being at home when we first visited back in October. We are so glad we chose Pine View Terrace!"

"After my wife passed away, I wanted to move to South Jersey to be closer to my daughter and her family, especially my grandson. My search criteria was extensive - a home that was modern, well equipped, affordable, low maintenance and in a community that was not only safe and quiet, but also one that I’d be proud to bring my friends to. Very importantly, it also had to be dog-friendly with walkways and wooded areas for my Shih Tzu. Pine View Terrace checked all the boxes. Debbie made the entire process extremely easy and she, Jill and the staff have been very helpful with any needs that have arisen. I’ve been here for 3 months now and living at Pine View Terrace has far surpassed my expectations, absolutely no regrets. I’m now looking forward to fishing with my grandson in the on-site pond in the spring. I can’t imagine where else all this could have come together."

"After a job transfer moved us to PA, our retirement plan was to always move back to NJ, because the Jersey Shore is just part of our roots. But we also didn't want to be far from our children who are still in the Philly area. We did some research online, and made a few visits to Pine View Terrace. It was pretty, quiet, reasonable, close to LBI. Could this be the place? Not realizing that our home in PA would sell in four days - the clock was ticking. After another visit to Pine View Terrace and more chats with Debbie - we sealed the deal. And we are so happy that we did because now we have a beautiful, modern home. It's so much more than we could have ever imagined. Debbie and Jill made the move and transition here so easy. They had a solution to any obstacle that arose. We are forever grateful to them - and their staff! They cater to the community and have made us feel so included and welcome. "I have begun going with the "walkers"
"What a beautiful community. Anytime we have a question or need assistance, the staff accommodates us no matter how busy they are. So far, we have met quite a few folks, some lady walkers and some immediate neighbors. In fact, I have begun going with the "walkers". Everybody is so nice and willing to talk to us. The lakes are beautiful. There was a Blue Heron sitting on the rocks in the lake one day. We moved from "Heron Pointe" in Washington State and lived on "Blue Heron Drive." The Blue Heron on the rocks must have been a sign that this is the right move for us! We look forward to many great years here at Pine View Terrace.

"we enjoy the view in our backyard of the lake"
"We had the pleasure of meeting many of our neighbors on the block and block over with a great potluck get together a couple of weeks ago. Of course, we won't remember all the names, but it was a nice initiation to the community. Still can't believe we are here! On a drive through one Sunday afternoon, we noticed a house getting ready to be removed. I told my husband that's the spot I want by the lake! The next day I contacted the owner of Pine View with many questions, and the rest is history! Everything went so fast, including selling our house. I think it was just meant to be. We so enjoy the view in our backyard of the lake. We have hummingbird feeders and boy are they busy!! They're so pretty and each unique in their own coloring. Our grandkids have been here to visit and just love it here as well! Our grandson is addicted to fishing and just thinks it's awesome we have a lake to fish in in our yard. Our granddaughter can't wait to try out the pool soon. Looking forward to fall and winter with the view we have."
