Pine View Terrace is a family-owned NJ 55 and over community, and as a family we are passionate about providing our independent senior residents with a great quality of life.

Since 1963, the Skipper family has worked hard to positively affect the lives of those around them. Founding Father of Pine View Terrace and the New Jersey Manufactured Housing Association, Verdon Skipper graced many organizations, not only in New Jersey, but also throughout the Northeast with selfless acts of fundraising and support for dyslexia. One of his close relationships in his last years was with The Scottish Rite Masonic Children’s Learning Centers.

The Skippers have continued to express their devotion to the community by building relationships with each and every one of their residents. Verdon Skipper’s daughter, Debbie, has carried on the family tradition for 30 years, enjoying every minute of building a lasting legacy. The Skipper family prides themselves on being straightforward, authentic and loyal from the start, with a mission to provide our independent senior residents with a great quality of life through offering an affordable, convenient and comfortable lifestyle. We’re more than a Pemberton Township retirement village, more than a Pinelands NJ 55 and over community; we’re a place where our residents proudly call home.
